Kendra Scott Gives Back

Kendra Scott opened it’s first location in the Knoxville this year and we are grateful to have them in our community supporting East Tennessee Children’s Hospital.

As a Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals partner nationwide, Kendra Scott helped us kick off Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.  Throughout the month of September, they have been asking customers to donate to children’s hospitals as they check out.  The Knoxville location also hosted a Give Back night in early September.   During the event 20% of all sales were donated to East Tennessee Children’s Hospital totaling over $1,000!   The Give Back night not only raised funds, but also featured two special collections designed by Audrey and Gracie, both part of our Miracle Family program.

It was a special afternoon as the Kendra Scott team gathered with our Miracle Families at their Color Bar to work on their designs.  Audrey, a ten year cancer survivor and scoliosis patient, created The Audrey Collection.  The Audrey featured a blue and aqua color palette.  Gracie created The Maddie Collection in memory of her sister Maddie who was a cancer patient at Children’s Hospital.  The Maddie featured a gold, abalone shell, and rose quartz design.  They both had an amazing time with the Kendra Scott team  using their creativity for a cause.  They were also at the Give Back event and enjoyed showing off their designs to attendees.  Thank you to everyone who came to shop and support East Tennessee Children’s Hospital.
